Our story
Brightwell Naturals started in 2019 in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a narrow goal: build nutritional products for the problems people actually live with, not the ones that market easily. Sciatica was near the top of that list. Almost everyone in the founding group had either felt that drive of pain down a leg themselves or watched a parent stop going for walks because of it. The market was full of broad "nerve" pills and short on anything aimed squarely at the sciatic nerve.
Sciatic discomfort is stubborn because it has more than one cause. Inflammation, oxidative wear, frayed nerve insulation and tight muscles often pile on together. We did not want to add another single-ingredient product to a crowded shelf. We wanted a formula that respected how tangled the problem really is, which is how Sciaticyl ended up with eleven coordinated nutrients instead of one headline molecule.
We are a direct-to-customer company by choice. Selling straight from this official website, rather than scattering bottles across third-party marketplaces, lets us do three things that matter. We keep stock fresh and in-date. We stand behind a real 90-day guarantee, because we know exactly which bottles we shipped. And we keep the price honest by cutting out the layers of middlemen that inflate a retail tag.
Production happens in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility here in the United States. Every batch is made to the same specification, the label says what is in the bottle, and nothing habit-forming goes into the formula. Those are table stakes for us, not selling points we expect applause for.
Our support desk is small and based in Arizona on purpose. When you email or call, you reach someone who knows the product and can actually solve your problem, whether that is a tracking question or a refund. We would rather lose a sale to an honest "this might not be right for you" than win one we have to apologize for later.
We will tell you Sciaticyl is a nutritional approach that many customers find genuinely helpful when they stick with it. We will not tell you it cures sciatica, because no honest supplement company can say that about a dietary product, and the regulations rightly forbid it. We will always point you back to your own physician for medical decisions. If that candor costs us a few impulse buyers, we are at peace with it.
